Jupiter and Neptune are slow outer planets and their aspects usually last for weeks. When two outer planets aspect one another, it usually affects us as a community more than on the individual level. Jupiter represents expansion, and Neptune our dreams. If its too good to be true, then it probably isn't.
With Jupiter in watery and sensitive Scorpio and Neptune in Aquarius, the rebel, we may find ourselves encountering extraterrestrial aliens. Or, at least, we'll believe that's what they were, and its not because of all the margaritas. Gullibility will be high, so take time and think. Postpone any major life decisions until we are at least a few days past the peak of this aspect, on September 24. And, lets all pray that our governments don't do anything stupid at this time, because as I mentioned above, these planets will affect us much more as a whole group.
Outer planets also affect us at a subconscious level. When Neptune is at a negative aspect, he can bring up addictions. And, an unhealthy Uranus can become rather perverse, or at the least shocking. We can get addicted to many things, not just drugs and alcohol (by the way, alcohol is a drug). We can get addicted to food, relationships, sex, gambling, abuse, and the list goes on. When we are thinking with fear, we are thinking like an addict. So, pay attention, and try not to let things get out of control.
Jupiter will move from 15 to 19 degrees in Scorpio, and Neptune will be at 17 degrees in Aquarius. If you have any planets from 13 to 21 degrees in Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus, or Leo this aspect may be more difficult for you. Also, where this aspect lands in your houses determine what areas of your life that will be affected. You need to know your birth time to calculate your houses.
