Another primary acupuncture and Chinese Medicine study is Tai Chi (pronounced "ty-chee"). Interestingly enough, Tai Chi is both martial art and healing art. Though known as an ancient Chinese exercise and fighting technique, Tai Chi has presented itself to be a good practice for overall health and wellbeing. So much so, that many individuals suffering from arthritis have taken up the exercise.
